If you search by the name of the wine on internet you will be able to find all information. This wine is produced in the style of German and Canadian “Ice Wine”, where the grapes freeze on the vine and then pressed to make very concentrated sweet dessert wine. The wine is made from the German grape Scheurebe. It is made in Napa Valley, and as it doesn’t get cold enough there to produce ice wine naturally, the grapes are frozen after harvest and then pressed to produce this wine.
I have one and was wondering if anyone can give me any information about this bottle? Never opened. Thank you!
